We are well organised

Once you have decided to book our services we will send you a booking form and contract to fill in and sign.

 

When we receive the booking form and an agreed deposit we will send you a written confirmation and receipt.

 

We will then contact you nearer your event date to discuss your music requirements etc.

 

We are well prepared

A few days before your function we, contact you to discuss exactly how you want your evening to be. We will talk about what type of music you would like playing.

 

We ensure that everything will run smoothly on the night and if you change your mind about anything you can let us know then.

 

We are always punctual & reliable

Depending on the venue, it takes an average of 45 minutes to set up all our gear. We can, however have background music playing in 30 minutes.

 

We always arrive in plenty of time for your function, usually about an hour before the time stated on your evening invitations. We don't charge for this time.

 

We are smartly presented

Us and our equipment set up are always well turned out, as you would expect for a party function.

 

We only use only the best equipment

We use only top quality professional equipment.

 

If you need any special equipment beyond our standard, we can arrange to supply that as well.

 

Sound and lighting are focused on the dance floor where it belongs, so conversation isn't a shouting match.

 

We carefully control sound levels to suit your requirements and venue.

 

We have a large selection of music

The key to a successful party is to have a DJ who can quickly gauge what type of music his audience will enjoy and of course dance to.

 

We play to suit the crowd not ourselves so requests from the floor are always encouraged. The DJ forms a rapport with the crowd that keeps everyone, young and the not so young, happy.

 

Our vast selection of popular music from the 1950’s to today will meet the needs of all your guests, regardless of age.

 

We welcome your playlist which we will use throughout the evening. Remember you pay the DJ and he works for you on your night.

 

If there are songs or music styles you don't want, they do not get played.

As a general rule a weekend booking will be slightly more expensive.
